The Trust's HR Team provides strategic HR management, HR advice and support to Trust leaders, Headteachers and school staff. We champion better work and working lives by creating roles, opportunities, and working environments that help get the best out of people. We provide a suite of HR policies, processes and systems to support the development and management of staff in the Trust.
Janet Robinson
Human Resources Director
My role is split into two key areas; firstly marketing, whereby we support schools with their marketing and communications, be it through open evenings, the website, parent communications, newletters or the use of social media. Secondly, in terms of operations we support the maintenance and development of the school sites, this may be from a health and safety perspective, negotiating contracts with new suppliers or identifying capital projects to maintain the upkeep and development of the schools.

To provide leadership for finance and governance across the trust, this includes supporting contractual arrangements and value for money. I also support senior leaders to drive the best outcomes for students through effective management of their school’s budget. In my governance role, I lead on governance arrangements and ensure compliance.
