Following a very successful session led by Gary at the eCAPH summer Conference, we are delighted to have Gary come back to work specifically with SENCOs and share his considerable knowledge and wisdom on a range of themes to improve the skills, confidence and leadership of SENCOs across Cheshire East.
The training will be over two half days with a gap task set after the first session for SENCOs to work back in school ahead of Day 2. Time will be built in to share ideas and best practice in local clusters.
We know SENCOs are extremely busy but their professional development is essential to achieve the best outcomes for SEND learners – we really hope your school will attend these high-quality training sessions.
