TLA Hosts First Annual Conference

The Learning Alliance hosted its first annual conference on Friday 15th July since its formation in Sept 2020. The conference was hosted at Sir William Stanier School and was attended by over 450 staff from all of the schools in the trust. Under the theme of 'Shaping Our Future' the conference was opened by Chair of Trustees, David Wootton CBE, who was followed with a keynote presentation from CEO Mike Cladingbowl outlining the future vision and strategy for the trust. Attendees had the opportunity to attend networking sessions and choose from an extensive range of presentations across the day, including SEN strategy, the latest from Ofsted, ECT monitoring and wellbeing.

Feedback from the event has been really positive with many staff commenting how much they enjoyed the opportunity to meet colleagues from schools across the trust.
